Hi, I'm Olaf — I run ODC.
Every business here runs on IT now. Your network, your data, your systems, your cameras — it's all connected, and it's all quietly running your business, whether you think about it or not.
Our job is to keep it running and keep it protected — in the background, so you don't have to think about it.
Cameras are the part you can see. We design and fit them, so you know exactly what's happening on your site, day or night. But the real work is everything behind them — securing your network, watching your systems, and being on it the moment something needs attention, often before you'd even notice.
That's what we do. We become your in-house IT team — protecting what's visible and what isn't — so you keep trading, and nothing catches you off guard.

The experience behind ODC
Belgian by training and a Vanuatu local for well over a decade, Olaf has spent his whole career doing one thing: making complicated technology simple for the people who rely on it — he'd rather teach you something useful than sell you something clever.
Over 25 years he has built and looked after the systems behind some of Vanuatu's best-known operations — Ifira Ports & Development Services, Iririki Island Resort, ANZ Bank Vanuatu, LJ Hooker, the Melanesian Spearhead Group and Vanuatu's airports. Big, serious projects — handled calmly, on time.
Long before "just Google it," Olaf was one of the world's most active experts on Experts Exchange — ranked 3rd in the world on Microsoft Small Business Server — answering thousands of questions and never charging a cent. That instinct is exactly what ODC is built on today: we help first.
Accredited across Microsoft security, Fortinet, Acronis and more — and ODC has been the accredited HP and IBM warranty agent in Vanuatu.
Who Ted is
Ted first came to Vanuatu in 2017 as a US Peace Corps volunteer, teaching on Moso Island. The place — and its people — got under his skin, and in 2019 he came back to join ODC. Today he runs the whole operation as General Manager.
He holds a Bachelor's degree and is the team's deep end on server and database architecture — the behind-the-scenes engineering that keeps systems fast, secure and standing. More than that, Ted's the one who keeps the work calm and on schedule, so the promises ODC makes are the promises it keeps.
When you work with ODC you're not leaning on one person with limited bandwidth. Ted coordinates a full team — so if something complex comes up, you've got the whole bench behind you, not a single point of failure.
